comfy bed, You have to pay for wireless and parking which adds $31 to the daily rate.

It was clean, very good staff. Price was very affordable in our tight budget. We needed to stay somewheres affordable due to going to the Cleveland Clinic. Priceline gave us that opportunity. Hyatt was very accommodating in our needs. We appreciated both companies. We look forward using priceline.com again. ...read more

If you are looking for the usual quality of Hyatt Hotels, you will not find it here. This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. A romantic getaway weekend turned bad quickly when the room had dust bunnies in the corners, the strong smell of smoke, burn holes in the curtains and visible stains on the blanket (not to mention the toe nail clipping that was in the bed - not ours). This hotel does not measure up to the star rating given. You would be better of at a clean/updated economy hotel chain. ...read more
